Rate:
$175 for 90 min all initial consultations
$150 for 60 min follow up sessions
Insurance:
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am a provider with Aetna; Anthem BC/BS; Cigna and will file claims on behalf of my clients using any of these carriers. However, if you are with another insurer not listed I will give you a receipt and you will need to file your own claims. It's important that you check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your behavioral health division within your particular insurance:
- Do you have outpatient behavioral health benefits?
- What is your deductible and has it been met this year?
- How many sessions does your plan cover?
- What is your copay?
Payment:
Cash/checks are accepted for payments...no credit cards.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment nor cancel within a 24 hour window you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
