I am a LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) and a Justice of the Peace.
I am happy to once again offer in person sessions...yet, I will continue to offer teletherapy for those who are not local to my new office. I work with individuals, couples and families.
My past experience included volunteering as a rape crisis counselor in the ER at Beth Israel Hospital, NYC; working at several non-profits in Bridgeport and New Haven, CT; and teaching for many years the "Parent Education Program" in New Haven and Guilford, CT.
Currently, in addition to my private practice - and, my role as a CT Justice of the Peace, I am most grateful to volunteer with 3 separate organizations...helping cancer survivors; aiding veterans; and volunteering with hospice.
As of May, 2022 - my new office space is in East Lyme, CT....I am able to meet in person with clients on Sat/Sun from 8am- 2pm.
However, if you prefer teletherapy - I am available Mon-Fri from 8am -2pm. (the site I use for teletherapy is DOXY which is simple to use and HIPAA compliant).

I AM IN NETWORK WITH AETNA, BC/BS, CIGNA, OPTUM/UNITED : If you are insured with any one of these I will bill for your sessions as a courtesy. You will only be responsible for copays or costs related to meeting your deductible..please ask your insurer what those costs may be before scheduling a session.
I will provide you with a receipt which you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement. (Please note: you will be responsible for session fees at time of session given I cannot bill on your behalf)
Cash/checks only are accepted for payment....no credit cards or debit cards can be processed at my office.
